Post-race of MSF 2018 Round 5, there was an incident where the driver of car #7 Sutan Mustaffa Salihin showed aggression and unacceptable conduct in Race Control and Secretariat against the COC, Race Officials, and the Stewards. Investigation by the Promoters has determined that the behaviour was avoidable.
As the Event Promoter, MSF hereby declare that Sutan Mustaffa Salihin is in breach of the MSF Sporting Regulations article 17 (Discipline And Meeting With Race Officials).
We invoke the provision to take action against Sutan Mustaffa Salihin under article 17.1 (Meeting with Race Officials and Stewards) and article 18 (Provoking a Fight) for showing aggression and a lack of discipline towards the Promoter, Organisers, Race Officials, and AAM Stewards; hereby excluding him from the race results of MSF 2018 Round 5, and is barred entry as a participant for the remainder of 2018 and through 2019. If before Round 1 of 2019 there are positive steps and an improvement in his attitude, we may consider allowing him to participate as a racer in MSF 2019.
At this point, this exclusion and penalty is not extended to his team and car entry, whom may continue to participate in MSF and comply to the Sporting and Technical regulations.
