MSF 1.5 HR ENDURO

The MSF 1.5hr Enduro is essentially a double-header format: 2 heats of 40 minutes + 1 lap race of Sepang Full Circuit, with 10 minute break in-between.
The +1 lap means that, the LAST LAP board will be shown to the leader when he passes the line after 40-minutes, so that all drivers know that it is indeed the Last Lap.
THE 10-MINUTE PITSTOP
There is no compulsory pitstop during the race heat, no driver change in each race heat: a flat-out race to the Chequered Flag!
The 10 minute break is after the chequered flag for Heat 1, to refuel the car and change driver. Any tyre change may be conducted then. Any serious WORK other than refueling, topping up fluid, and tyre change must be done inside the pits.
After 10 minutes, the 3-minute board will be shown, and then strictly after 3 minutes the Pace Car will commence the rolling start.
Any car that is late to the grid once the Pace Car has left the pitlane, will need to rejoin from the back.
DETERMINING THE WINNER
Total race time from both race Heat 1 and Heat 2 will be added up, and the final position will be based on this. Race time is calculated by the timing system, from when the start light turns Green, till your car passes the Finish line at the end of the race.
The car with the quickest combined total race time is the winner, followed the the second quickest combined total race time, and so on.
DRIVERS
It is not compulsory to have 2 drivers. Teams may have either 1 or 2 drivers.
ENTRY FEE
As per the MSF Sporting Regulations 2020, Entry Fee for the MSF 1.5 hr Enduro races is RM 850.00 excluding pit, transponder, etc.
PIT IN PROCESS
End of Heat 1, the Chequered Flag will be shown together with Yellow Flag and Safety Car board at Finish Line. Once past the chequered flag, all cars must line up behind the Safety Car and overtaking is prohibited.

Pitlane to be clear before the arrival of the Safety Car. Crew will only be permitted to work on the cars when the official signal is given, from which point the clock will countdown 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, the 3 minutes board will be displayed and all crew must leave the pitlane.
At 1 minutes remaining, the pitlane is required to be clear of all personnel.
Once clear, the Control Car will commence Rolling Start procedure.
